Once Real Estate Call Options auction is completed and funded,
an Investor can offer Real Estate Call Options shares for sale by communicating the offer to the Exchange,
specifying selling price per share, number of shares and time of offer expiration.
In addition, investors may have an interest to purchase existing Real Estate Put Options on an exchange
and can communicate their offer to purchase on the exchange, specifying purchase price per share, number of share and time of offer expiration.
At all times, the exchange monitors buyers and sellers’ orders and if a match is found,
the automated transaction system executes a transaction and the Real Estate Options ownership rights are transferred from seller to buyer.
The exchange instructs a settlement system to transfer funds between the parties.
