How do I read the trade history?

Before purchasing a Real Estate Option , you should look at the trade history to understand how many Investors are buying and selling a Real Estate Option, and at what price.

How can I calculate the price before placing an order?

There are a number of design considerations that are incorporated in Real Estate Options. To price an option one requires a price of an asset, time period and strike price. Option pricing methods may include binomial tree option pricing, Black-Scholes method and many others.

How do I place an order?

There are two ways to purchase shares of a Real Estate Options at IRESE:

• Place a manual offer: Place offer one at a time by visiting each share, reviewing the details, and clicking the "Trade" button. You will enter the amount of shares, price for each share and order type and the offer will be placed. Learn about manual trading.
