IRESE prohibits email offers between members to invest money outside of the IRESE web site. Offers of this nature circumvent IRESE's fee structure, may violate state or federal consumer protection laws, and are a potential fraud risk for both Market Makers and Investors.

Some examples of off-site investing include:

• Using information obtained through IRESE to offer to invest money to a IRESE Investor outside of IRESE
