How do I determine the status of my trade order?
To view recent trade orders placed in your IRESE account,
Go to "Invest > My Investing > Orders". Take me there
The default view on arrival will be to view orders of any status placed in the last month,
although you can refine these settings via the options provided.
The possible order statuses are as follows:
- Active: This order is being executed. Only Stop Orders or Stop-Limit order who have been partially fulfilled and in Active status can be canceled.

Cancelled: This order was cancelled and was not executed.
In the case of buy orders, any funds reserved by this order are now available for other uses.

Clearing: This order is matched and awaiting for funds transfer to complete.

Open: This order is open or is currently being processed.
Orders with a status of open may be cancelled.

Fulfilled: The order has been executed.

How do I cancel my trade order?
If your order status is Open, you may be able to submit a request to cancel your order at any time.
Only Stop Orders or Stop-Limit order who have been partially fulfilled and in Active status can be canceled.
To submit a request to cancel the order follow the instructions below:
- 1. Go to "Invest > My Investing > Orders". Take me there
- 2. Locate the order you want to cancel and click the Symbol link.
- 3. On the Order Details screen, click the "Cancel Order" button.
Note: You will know that the order was successfully canceled once the status indicator changes to "Canceled."
