How can I see payments for my Real Estate Notes?

You can see payments for an individual note by going to Real Estate Note dashboard as described above. You can also search for individual payment by payment status or date. Go to "Home > My IRESE > Investing > Notes". Take me there

How do I receive my monthly payments?

Repayment of principal and interest are paid on a monthly basis and are deposited directly into your IRESE account under cash balance. It is common practice for Investors to quickly re-bid this money into new investments in order to maximize returns.

How is interest accrued?

Depending on a type of Real Estate Note, it is fully amortized loan or interest only. If applicable, interest accrues on each note's principal balance on a monthly basis.

To calculate the interest accrued on any given note, use the following equation:

Monthly interest accrual = (Interest rate / 12) x principal balance

Interest accrues every month until another payment is made on Real Estate Note. Depending on the amount of that payment, the amount of accrued interest is paid first, and the remainder of the payment amount goes to paying down the principal balance of the note.

How can I see the payment history for one particular note?

Go to "Home > My IRESE > Investing > Portfolio". Take me there Click on a symbol link to go to page with all the details of your Real Estate Note. Select "Payment" to see payments for this note. Learn more about Real Estate Note payments.
