Who can become an IRESE Broker?
We work with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers, who are seeking to finance their real estate loans or portfolio of loans and exposed to price declines of the underlying properties that secure their mortgages.
We work with Real Estate Brokers and Agents, who are seeking to finance their client purchases or help property owner with access to cash or home equity protection.
We work with Stock Brokers and Financial Advisers, who advise their clients on financial portfolio allocation and risk management,
IRESE provides access to a new option for investment consideration, diversification, and cash out alternatives.
Do I need to be licensed?
IRESE works only with registered Brokers. Brokers need to sumbit an applicantion to get started.
We will request for the following documentation for your Entity:
- Entity documentation (articles of incorporation, partnership agreement, operating agreement,
articles of organization, etc.)
- Form W9
- Entity Certification Form
- For Mortgage Financing brokering, copy of all state(s) licenses where Applicant is licensed to originate first and second
mortgage loans
- For Home Equity Protection Plan brokering, copy of all state(s) licenses where Applicant is licensed to originate first and second
mortgage loans and/or where Applicant is licensed real estate broker
- For Future Equity Agreement brokering, copy of all state(s) licenses where Applicant is licensed to originate first and second
mortgage loans and/or where Applicant is licensed real estate broker
- Copy of a driver's license or state ID card for your primary representative

Do I have to pay taxes on the money I make at IRESE?
Your income from Brokering is normally classified as taxable income.
Every tax year, IRESE will send you tax forms summarizing your taxable income earnings,
and report your earnings to the IRS.

How do I get started as a Broker?
Before you get started, view how Brokering works.
To become an IRESE Broker , you must be registered with IRESE.
If you are not registered, you will be asked to fill out a quick registration form. Registration is free.
Register now.
Once registered, click the "Become a Broker" link,
and you will be asked to provide your Tax Identification number and a few other business details so that we can check your identity if your register as Sole Proprietor.
If you are a company who has a U.S. bank account and Business Employer Identification Number (EIN) you will be asked for additional information:

Certificate of Authority for your primary representative

Copy of a driver's license or state ID card for your primary representative. For an International Brokers, we require a passport of the Authorized Representative (who signs the docs).
