IRESE employees who participate as owners, investors, or brokers on the IRESE web site or who post on member discussion forums are subject to all the fees and policies for using IRESE's services. In addition:

• Any offers to invest money by a company employee is made on the employee's own personal behalf, and not on behalf of IRESE.
• Employees must use a personal, non-company email address, telephone, and physical address to conduct business.
• Employees may not use information which is not available publicly on the web site when making decisions about investing or brokering.

Violations of this policy by IRESE employees may result in a range of actions, including:

• Account suspension
• Account closure
• Termination of employment
